Pulaski County Special Services is the county Senate Bill 40 Board. We use county tax levy dollars to help support individuals with developmental disabilities that live in the Pulaski County Group Home and the Pulaski County Sheltered Workshop. In 2009 the county started providing Targeted Case Management to individuals with developmental disabilities. We assist individuals to live a full and independent life, while helping provide local, state, and federal resources. I started working for the agency in 2014 and took over as director in 2015. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve Pulaski County and the disabled community. "There is no greater disability in society than the inability to see a person as more". Robert M. Hensel.
